(a total aggravation!) too many keystrokes to do the main function (MAKE CALLS!)… no voice recognition… Long wait to intialize phone book… The samsung (vision model) that Sprint has is far superior. I bet it is a T-mobile “customizing” bust that ruined a phone with such potential.
