VC Signs of life in Broadband world

After a long lull, there are some signs of life in the networking related venture capital activity. Qovia, a stealthy voice over IP company emerged with $5.5 million led by new investor Nokia Venture Partners, according to Venture Wire. Network Physics, a maker of appliances that monitor network traffic has received $8 million in fifth round of funding.
