Optovation, which was the remaindered part of what was Roshnee’s has shut down and soon some of its assets are going to be snapped up by Laurel Networks. Both companies share a common venture capital investor - New Enterprise Associates. Optovation had raised about $37.5 million since 2000, after Roshnee was split into two companies - Inara being the other half which had been shuttered in 2001.
