The evangelizing bug has bitten Guy Kawasaki again, only this time it is micropayments. Not necessarily for big media companies, but for the small guy (no pun intended!). So he is betting his chips (and venture money through Garage Technology Ventures, of which he is the CEO) on a startup called BitPass, which launched in beta two days ago.
