MW has been talking about potential acquisition for almost a year now, with a fair amount of free cash on its balance sheet. Its acquisition of BigCharts.com, which provides stock charts and other stock market data on a syndication basis, has proven to be very successful for the company, and the potential acquisition of EDGAR would complete the financial information circle for MW, so to speak.
