Steve Klein reports: The University of Kansas will begin charging for streaming audio football and basketball games on its athletic site beginning September 16. Working with ESPN+, the sports giant’s pay-per-view service which operates the Jayhawk Radio Network, the subscription service for live and archived Internet audio will cost $5.95 a month or $29.95 for the school year.
